jules was born in arcadia bay. his childhood was quite difficult. his dad never really accepted him, especially after he got diagnosed. it was only getting worse and worse. but he had a best friend named ellis who was supposed to be his 'forever', his 'partner in crime'. ellis became a very problematic teenager after his dad's death. jules never left his side, even if he didn't like the way he was behaving - doing drugs, hanging out with bad people, partying all the time, drinking. unfortunately, ellis got shot by one the rich kid of parents who owned almost every building in arcadia bay so nothing ever happened to a kid. jules became just like ellis, if not worse. his parents wanted to move out to korea but their son stayed, he was already eighteen. he started dating one of ellis' dealer - frank, a man almost twenty years older. it was his first relationship. he was really in love with him. they lasted two years and frank broke up with him, which jules took really bad, even if he know that the relationship was toxic. he didn't graduate at blackwell, which was such a loss to a school cause jules was really a talented photographer and even got an opportunity to move to san francisco after school and start a career. he refused. he couldn't leave arcadia bay, even if this town destroyed his whole life.now, he's doing better. everyone in a town loves him but... they don't know one thing.that boy that shot ellis... he's dead by now. no one found his body.and no one ever suspected jules cause why would they? he is such a good boy who always helps others. could he kill someone who took his whole world from him by one click?
